We Begin To Think How To Increase The Enamel Vitreous Coating Adhesion From The Pretreatment
We use small steel ball direct blasting. Sandblasting the steel plate surface to form a uniform distribution of a large number of irregularly shaped open pit type. It effectively control the rolling cracks of the pretreatment. After blasting, the steel plate surface roughness is maintained at about 80%, to greatest extent, the enamel can penetrate to steel layer, improve the enamel coating adhesion.
Flexible NC rolling
In the special enamel steel sheet rolling molding process, if the process strength control is not correct, it is easy to cause the steel sheet pulled over and deformation, and thus directly affect the welding quality. GMO use the Flexible NC Rolling Technology, it can avoid this problem, and ensure the cylinder can be nearly 99.99% round appearance.
Infrared Positioning Welding
Adopt infrared positioning welding guarantee the accuracy and efficiency, and effectively prevent the cylinder surface cracks, sharp corners and edges and other defects before enamel coating process.
Seamless Steel Pipe For Heat Exchanger
GMO factory use seamless steel pipe, regardless of the local stress generated in the winding process; After two years study, in China, GMO Factory became the first to achieve heat exchanger production by a seamless steel pipe, without the welding process for heat exchanger, and prevent the heat exchanger corrosion leakage, reduce processing costs, improve production efficiency.

In order to ensure all the cylinder welding line is qualified, GMO will do the air tightness test for all the water heater cylinders. Input the rated air pressure into the cylinder, and maintain several minutes to check the leakage, in order to ensure that passing rate and high quality.
Pressurized Foaming Machine
GMO use pressurized foaming process for the insulation. GMO use eco-friendly polyurethane material with more than 95% closed cell and fire retardant material. Polyurethane Density is about 40 kg/m3. Closed cell PU will provide polyurethane that will not absorb water nor water vapor nor humidity.
